I am delighted you have landed onto this page for good and let me tell you, no matter what, stick to your dreams and work with a focused mind and success will come to you.

Before we go any further, just relax and do a 2 minutes breathing (Pranayama) exercise, free yourself from all worries for the next few minutes, as this moment of time will change the rest of your life. If you have any pending work to be finished or any other issues circling you, just finish off and once you are done and ready by mind-body and soul, then it’s time we move up.

Ensure to keep aside a note book or open up a separate window to pen down the important key points.

Here we go; everyone wants to make big money and wish to live a stress free life, but is not sure to go which way around and end up working for someone else on a 9 to 5 job.

Remember, nothing comes for free, if there’s no pain, there’s no gain. Every visitor lands with an intent to find the information they have been longing for long. To be successful in any online business, you need to make sure that your website is feature packed, customer centric with a competitive edge over others and you need to be workaholic, aggressive and have patience if things are not working out as expected and wait for the time to heal.

We all wish we could be rich someday and for most of us, it’s a far-off dream, but eventually, we might be able to turn ourselves into self-made millionaires. The truth is; building wealth isn’t about putting all your hopes into “someday”. You’re never too old or too late to start building wealth, but if you start at an early age just after completing your Education, you have far greater potential to amass a fortune and more time to let that fortune compound itself over the period as you grow older.

Sometimes small changes are not even noticed by us; but believe me; these small changes can bring about revolutionary ones! Invisible drops of water make up clouds, but when these clouds burst into rain, every single drop counts.

I do not want you to be a part of the crowd; people who complain, criticize and grumble at life`s problems and conveniently place the responsibility of their woes on someone else’s shoulders. I want you to be among the few who have the vision and the burning desire to change things for the better, are ready to take responsibility; people who face life`s adversities bravely, accept its challenges and work hard to reach their goals.

Success may be evading you at the moment but do not lose hope. Because without hope there is no yearning, no desire for a better tomorrow! Without hope, life comes to a standstill! So, snap out of your depression and keep on moving ahead with your head held high.

Remember, every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. Life is a Gift; today before you say an unkind word, think of someone who can’t speak. Before you complain about the taste of your food, think of someone who has nothing to eat. Before you complain about your husband or wife, think of someone who’s crying out to God for a companion. Today before you complain about life, think of someone who went to heaven too young. Before you complain about your children, think of someone who desires children but are barren. Before you argue about your dirty house, think of the people who are living in the streets. Before whining about the distance you drive, think of someone who walks the same distance.

And when you are tired and start to complain about your job, think of the unemployed, the disabled, and those who wish they had your job. And before you think of judging another, remember that not one of us is without sin and we all will have to answer to one God.

So when depressing thoughts seem to get you down, put a smile on your face and thank God for all he has given you. God’s love is unconditional!

Have you ever wondered why some individuals, organizations, or countries are more successful than others? It is not a secret. These people simply think and act more effectively. They have learned how to do so by investing in the most valuable asset. The success of an individual, organization or country, depends on the quality of their people.

One day I decided to quit. I quit my job, my relationship, my spirituality. I wanted to quit my life. I went to the woods to have one last talk with God. ‘God’, I asked, ‘Can you give me one good reason not to quit?’ His answer surprised me. ‘Look around’, He said. ‘Do you see the fern and the bamboo?’ ‘Yes’, I replied. ‘When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth. Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.

In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful. And again, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. He said. ‘In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit.’ He said. ‘Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth. Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant. But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall. It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.’ He asked me. ‘Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots’? ‘I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you.’ ‘Don’t compare yourself to others.’ He said. ‘The bamboo had a different purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful.’ Your time will come, never give up.

Someone once said, “Life is a do-it-yourself project.” Your attitude and the choices you make today, help build the “house” you will live in tomorrow. Therefore, build wisely! “Remember, work like you doesn’t need the money. Love like you’ve never been hurt. Dance like nobody is watching.

A person may die, nations may rise and fall, but an idea lives on. Its best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the phoenix bird in you so you rise-up from the ashes. A real entrepreneur is somebody who has no safety net underneath them.

As Walt once said, I only hope we never lose sight of one thing, that it was all started by a mouse.

Most new jobs won’t come from our biggest employers. They will come from our smallest. We’ve got to do everything we can to make entrepreneurial dreams a reality. The road to success and the road to failure are almost exactly the same. If you don’t have a competitive advantage, don’t compete.

Growth is the only guarantee that tomorrow is going to get better. The first question is very simple: What are you doing to develop yourself? 99% of people today are assuming, just assuming that somehow they’ll get better. Because let me tell you something about assumption. An assumption is a huge disappointment in life. You show me a person that assumes and I’ll show a person who is disappointed almost every day.

Here’s the hard truth. People don’t necessarily want you to succeed. And the bigger your dream, the more people that are gonna come out the woodwork to try to stop you. But if you’re striving for something important, if you’re trying to make real change, if there is something in your life that you are absolutely hell bent to make it happen, you have got to understand that you are going to be fighting against something. People are going to be pushing back against you. And it is going to be your ability to hold true to that vision that’s going to determine whether you can pull it off.

Remember again; every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all. Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, “I will try again tomorrow”.

To be rich in shorter period is not everyone’s cup of tea, you need to be more focused and determined in what you do and go for it, no matter what it takes you to drive.

From all the available resources, one can choose to be academically brilliant and excel in any given field on a high paying salary or can excel in sports or any other curricular activities which not only gives you fame but a decent living standard in the society. Else you can try your hand if you are willing to take the risk; you can go for Trading, Real Estate or least Fishing, sounds funny, huh.

If all the above seems a distant dream and having tried all the businesses and still not content with what you have, then starting a Blog makes some sense and you have heard it right. It’s an easy way to make money but aren’t sure how you can make use of it or maybe you have an idea but lack confidence or maybe you already own a blog but aren’t sure how to monetize it and exploring ways and ideas to kick start.

Okay; let’s jump start right away without any barrier. Whether you are young, old or male-female, you can start anytime of your life, there is no time frame. The day you have realized the inner potentiality, you can start right away and no regrets.

Never matter, making money through a blog is much simpler, whether it’s out of passion or hobby or a business blog and it’s that easy and possible. Believe, it’s not a get rich quick ordeal, but if you do it the right way, you could end up making lot of money, enough to support your family and live a luxury life. Lets strait away get into it and see how we can make a profitable blog.

A blog or a website should be aesthetically please and serve the purpose the visitors want and should be user friendly.

Now let’s come down to what we are up to and elaborate the pros and cons in starting a Blog or a Website. Remember, we are not discussing anything about an eCommerce sites or BuyandSell sites. It’s purely on personal Blogging or a CMS based website.

So, let’s head start right away:

Domain Name: First thing first, secure a good, catchy domain name which makes sense for your business entity and not only gives you relevance but makes your work a lot easier. Always go for a name which has a meaning to it and easy to read and remember. If you can’t find the desired name, go for multiple domain names. For example, if you are looking for ‘love’ as the primary name and can’t find, then go for ‘iloveyou’ and vice versa and ensure no break-up names.

Dot Com Extension: Google gives first preference to dot com extensions and is indexed worldwide in Search Engines compared to other dot extensions which are indexed as per their importance and significance.

Theme: A good theme is what everyone likes to be associated and gives readers a reason to visit again and again. Go for a paid Theme instead of free theme, which comes with lot of features like Mobile and SEO friendly and can be updated in future for any newer versions.

Hosting: If everything else is good and you don’t have a good hosting, you lose everything. Don’t mess around with hosting, you need your site on a mainstream provider and it costs a handful of money every month to have it running 24/7.

Not having good hosting can cost you in many ways, a slow site is wearisome, one that fails to load is obnoxious and both could turn off customers. But beyond annoying your users and increasing your bounce rate, poor hosting can also affect your rank in search engines, since many search engine algorithms detect web page loading speed.

Band width Space: In its most basic definition, bandwidth describes the level of traffic, and amount of data that can transfer between your site, users, and the Internet. Web hosting companies offer a maximum level of bandwidth for their tiers of hosting packages Bandwidth gets consumed by the amount of traffic your website gets from your online visitors. In other words, bandwidth is the amount of data that can be transferred from your site to the user’s computer. A high traffic website will require lots of bandwidth.

HTTPS: Google has made this compulsory and why it is the need of the hour. HTTPs stands for Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure, is the secure version of HTTP, the protocol over which data is sent between your browser and the website that you are connected to. The ‘S’ at the end of HTTPS stands for ‘Secure’. It means all communications between your browser and the website are encrypted. HTTPS is often used to protect highly confidential online transactions like online banking and online shopping order forms etc.

Web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome also display a padlock icon in the address bar to visually indicate that a HTTPS connection is in effect.

Logo: A Visual representation of your business. Showing a logo in the top left corner of a web page is probably the most common design pattern. The logo serves as a landmark that orients users when they first land on a page and helps them identify the website they are visiting. It can be a graphic mark, emblem, or symbols used to aid and promote public identification and recognition. It may be of an abstract or figurative design or include the text of the name it represents as in a word mark.

Favicon: A Favicon (pronounced “fave-icon” i.e. favorite) is a small, iconic image that represents your website. Favicons are most often found in the address bar of your web browser, but they can also be used in lists of bookmarks in web browsers and feed aggregators. Also known as a shortcut icon, website icon, tab icon, URL icon, or bookmark icon, is a file containing one or more small icons, associated with a particular website or web page. A web designer can create such an icon and upload it to a website (or web page) by several means, and graphical web browsers will then make use of it. Browsers that provide Favicon support typically display a page’s favicon in the browser’s address bar (sometimes in the history as well) and next to the page’s name in a list of bookmarks. Browsers that support a tabbed document interface typically show a page’s favicon next to the page’s title on the tab, and site-specific browsers use the favicon as a desktop icon.

Tag Line: A concise description of what your business does. Taglines are created and intended to leave a lasting effect during a short encounter with the recipient. When one is formed correctly, it will capture the overall benefit of what is being advertised, whether it’s a product, business, service or idea. A tagline offers information that can be easily remembered. In entertainment, a tagline (alternatively spelled tag line) is a short text which serves to clarify a thought for, or is designed with a form of, dramatic effect. Many tagline slogans are reiterated phrases associated with an individual, social group, or product.

Header: A website header sits at the top of each page and serves a few very important purposes. This section is usually comprises Menus of all the pages on the website, however, some designs give the home page a slightly different header appearance in order to draw attention to featured areas of the site. Typically, the header is the most valuable areas of your website. It runs across the top of the page and appears on every page of your website, except in few pages wherein it is not mandatory.

Footer: Like document footer, Web page footer contains information listed at the bottom of the page. The footer is also treated as its own section of the Web page, separate from the header, content and sidebars. The purpose of website footer is to help visitors by adding information and navigation options at the bottom of web pages. Website footer design is about choosing what to include, with the intention of helping visitors and meeting business goals. Generally, you will find pages such as About us, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Contact us etc. to sum up the footer.

Side Bars: Although, many sites include various sidebars which are used for navigation purposes or for advertising. Using sidebar navigation is a great way to change the whole look and atmosphere of your website. It helps the viewer to focus on the content from the top to bottom without distractions. A sidebar in WordPress is referred to a widget-ready area used by WordPress Themes to display information that is not a part of the main content. Sidebars play an important role in designing the layout of a WordPress website to display content other than the main articles of a website. The sidebar features your Search option, Article Archives, shows your latest Trending or most popular posts, call to action to name a few.

Content: A good quality and original content is what required running a website. Content should have a minimum of 1400 words to be precise to get good indexing on top in Search Engines and at least ensure you put 2 articles every week, this will make the site going.

Fonts: Never choose a fancy or descriptive font as we are not into any entertainment industry. Make it look professional and enduring. This will gain the visitors confidence and will come back again.

Colour: By default, it’s; Black and White and don’t ever think of any other colour.

Title and Meta Description: Optimize your Title and Meta description. Meta description is a snippet of up to about 155 characters, a tag in HTML which summarizes a page’s content. Search engines show the Meta description in search results mostly when the searched for phrase is within the description, so optimizing the Meta description is crucial for on-page SEO.

Comments Plugin: The comments plugin lets people comment on content on your site using their social media account or by signing in and if not through open category and this increases the user engagement and boosts the overall ranking the other way out.

Contact Us: Include phone numbers, email ID and Address. If you think, it is manageable and does not take your precious time, then you can stay with it or simply place Contact Us Form and you can have a good night sleep.

Privacy Policy Page: Let visitors know how you’re going to utilize the data collected from them. You may also want them to know about the Terms of Services if any you are providing with your site. A privacy policy is a statement or a legal document (in privacy law) that discloses some or all of the ways a party gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client’s data. Their privacy laws apply not only to government operations but also to private enterprises and commercial transactions.

Disclaimer: Website disclaimer is a legal notice covering some of the key legal issues that arise out of the operation of a website. It also helps website operators to comply with information disclosure laws. The disclaimer is a shorter version of any website terms and conditions. The primary purpose of a website disclaimer is to limit or attempt to limit the liabilities that a website owner or publisher may suffer arising out of the website. A website disclaimer states the limitations of your liability for the use of your website and the information it contains.

Sitemap: A site map is a model of a website’s content designed to help both users and search engines navigate the site. A site map can be a hierarchical list of pages (with links) organized by topic, an organization chart, or an XML document that provides instructions to search engine crawl bots. A site map (or sitemap) is a list of pages of a web site.

So far so good, the above are the must have integration to any website to get going and now comes the promotional part as well other aspects of a website for income generating through various means and are as follows:

With this information, you can better understand your customers and apply that knowledge to improve your site for a greater online experience and increased conversions.

Site Caching: When you have fewer visits, it may be fast, but when you have tens and thousands of visits, it may crash, hence most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Cached links show you what a web page looked like the last time Google visited it. Caching is the term for storing reusable responses in order to make subsequent requests faster. There are many different types of caching available, each of which has its own characteristics. Application caches and memory caches are both popular for their ability to speed up certain responses.

It is meant to help readers understand an issue, solve a problem, or make a decision.

Typically, the purpose of a white paper is to advocate that a certain position is the best way to go or that a certain solution is best for a particular problem. When it is used for commercial purposes, it could influence the decision-making processes of current and prospective customers. Digital Marketing: Digital Marketing refers to advertising delivered through digital channels such as search engines, websites, social media, email, and mobile apps. Digital marketing is the marketing of products or services using digital technologies, mainly on the Internet, but also including mobile phones, display advertising, and any other digital medium. Digital marketing methods such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content marketing, influencer marketing, content automation, campaign marketing, data-driven marketing, e-commerce marketing, social media marketing, social media optimization, e-mail direct marketing, display advertising, e–books, and optical disks and games are becoming more common in our advancing technology. In fact, digital marketing now extends to non-Internet channels that provide digital media, such as mobile phones (SMS and MMS), call-back, and on-hold mobile ring tones. In essence, this extension to non-Internet channels helps to differentiate digital marketing from online marketing, another catch-all term for the marketing methods mentioned above, which strictly occur online. If you can master Digital Marketing, I am confident enough, one can sail through all the spheres to be a successful Blogger.

Inbound Link: A link from another website to yours (also called a back link). If someone posts about your amazing ice cream and links to your site, that’s an inbound link.

Organic Traffic: Traffic that your site receives via unpaid search results in search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Return on Investment (ROI): The percentage of profit from your digital marketing activity. This is a ratio of your profits to your costs for running a marketing campaign. ROI is extremely important as it measures the success of your business’ marketing initiatives.

Impressions: In the context of online advertising, it is the number of times an ad is shown on a search result page or any other web page. One hundred impressions means your ad was shown 100 times online.

Unique Visitors: Visitors who visit a web page and are counted only once in a given time period, no matter how many times they visited the site in that period. What this means is that if you visit a website twice in one day, you’re only counted as one unique visitor.

Blog Page: Company news, industry news, advice and client stories you can share with your audience

Internal Links: This is one thing, where you can put your visitor stay tuned to your website for long through Internal Links. You need to place few important links onto your content to redirect them to another page as to know more about the particular phrase well and do the vice versa by inter linking.

Adsense Program: When we talk or say Adsense, the first thing comes to our mind is Google Adsense. Though, there are other Publisher Programs out there, but Google stands out from the rest. Google Adsense is a program run by Google that allows publishers in the Google Network of content sites to serve automatic text, image, video, or interactive media advertisements, that are targeted to site content and audience. These advertisements are administered, sorted, and maintained by Google Ad placement. Publishers are encouraged to experiment with a variety of placements and ad formats. However, Adsense code may not be placed in inappropriate places such as pop-ups, emails or software. Publishers must also adhere to the policies for each product used. The following ad formats will give you an insight on how they work and how best you can implement them.

CTR (Click through Rate): Commonly associated with online advertising campaigns, it is the percentage of people who click on a link to your site in comparison to the number of impressions an ad receives. A higher CTR means more people saw an ad with a link to your website and clicked on it.

CTA (Call to Action): A prompt in the form of a link or pop-up that encourages website visitors to take a desired action. The desired action can be anything from signing up for a newsletter to downloading a coupon.

CPC (Cost per Click): The set amount you pay for every click directed to your site through ads on other sites or on search networks like Google or Bing. In this case, you’re only charged for the people who actually visit your website by clicking on a link, not the people who see your ad on a webpage.

CPM (Cost per Thousand Impressions): The price you are willing to pay for 1,000 views of your ad. It’s great for increasing brand awareness, but it doesn’t guarantee increased sales.

CR (Conversion Rate): The number of people who take a desired action on your site that is beyond simply browsing a page. If your click-through rate is high but your conversion rate is low, it means people are visiting your website but not taking action.

ER (Engagement Rate): An important metric used to measure the amount of interaction your content receives on social media through likes, shares, comments, or click-through. The more engagement you receive, the more engaged your followers are and the higher your engagement rate.

Pay-Per-Click (PPC): This term describes the paid ads displayed above or beside (sometimes below) free search-engine listings. Website owners place a bid per click on different keywords, with the highest bids getting the best advertising location.

Private Ads: Working with advertising networks isn’t your only option when it comes to selling ads. If you end up with enough traffic, advertisers may come directly to you and ask you to place their ads on your site, least you can also contact advertiser directly and put a proposal. The biggest difference from the above mentioned option is that there is no middle man, which means you can set your own ad rates and the rest assured.

Affiliate Marketing: Affiliate marketing is also another great tool for monetizing your blog. You can choose from the broad prospects available or just simply go for CJ……sell digital products, eBooks, online course, workshops, pictures, videos or even music for others to be used in their own content. You can even place, Apps, Plug-in or Themes just to name a few.

Ensure; you don’t end up the other way around. If you are going to choose one of these avenues and that you make it relevant and useful to your visitors. Many bloggers make the decision of assuming they are developing a product visitor’s need. Know your visitor first and create a digital product that meets their requirement.

Sell physical products on your blog. You could sell hand made products, books or even if you have refurbish and resell smart phones and even DIY refurbishing.

Wow; we have almost completed and it’s time to take the lead and be a successful Blogger. Just remember, it’s a big ocean and the flow of money is unpredictable. It all involves a calculative measure and the time invested and the conditioning of mind-body and consistent practice by exploring the various aspects of niche complex issues and points which need to be connected to get the things going for the greater success and achievement, if you miss one single point, you are laid back. As the saying goes, actions speaks louder than words, hence you have to make a combined move with all the available resources and play the role of a Jack and Jill.

Don’t get depressed and frustrated after going through all the above lengthy points. As I said, hard work, planning, persistence and patience will work in your favour. Slowly follow the above points one by one over the period of one year and give time to heal and I am content that almost all the points have been brought forward and still few points have not been covered as these are more applicable for Ecommerce sites and other Buy and Sell sites, hence, it’s not a primary concern to be addressed here. You will later on come to know all about this by yourself.

And now, it’s time to boom with all the available Online Publisher resources. Since, by this time, you are well acquainted with all the possibilities, you know much better what need to be done.

Simply, go for Good Adsense integration and wait for a month and then apply for Affiliate Programs and link at appropriate pages. Remember, doing the right thing in wrong time will ruin everything, hence, do not be in a hurry and go in a planned manner and don’t be over confident.

Well; if you have liked my article, please share it onto your Blog or Social Media and do not forget to click on like button. Oh..Don’t forget to pass onto your friends and well wishers either.

All the best and take care.
